Inside Service Coordinator

Chesapeake Mission Critical is looking for a detail oriented Inside Service Coordinator to join our fast-paced, energetic organization.  The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years' experience as a service coordinator, excellent customer service and follow up skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Fulfilling Renewal Process as well as the Emergency Response Process within the Service Dept.
  • Maintaining Service accounts and activities within the CRM System.
  • Proactively quoting and selling service renewal and PM (preventative maintenance) contracts.
  • Customer follow-up (including):
    • PM reports  
    • Quotes
  • Scheduling PM Visits, T&M jobs, Emergency and On-going unresolved problems resolution.
  • Keeping all documentation; job folder, calendar and CRM file up to date and current.

Skills and Specifications:

  • College Degree (a plus) 
  • Service coordinator experience (a plus)
  • 2 years' experience
  • Able to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly energetic and self-starter
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic
