Partner Relationship Representative

Nimble Reporting is a leader in ACA compliance and reporting.  We enable payroll companies to offer its clients' intuitive ACA benefit reporting technology with seamless integration with the IRS.  

This position is responsible for interacting with high-level customers (generally payroll institutions) to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve support requests to completion.  As Customer Service Representative, you would engage our new and existing partners with the initial integration, on-board training and ongoing Nimble support services.  In this role, you will also be working closely with our technology team.

Nimble Reporting is headquartered in Huntington Long Island and is in the process of establishing a satellite office in North Jersey/Hudson Valley.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new partner integration support services
  • Actively participate and contribute in client kickoff & ongoing calls/meetings, helping to firmly establish and execute on agreed upon firm and client expectations
  • Collaborate with partner support personnel
  • Offer training to partners
  • Assist with daily Nimble support ticketing

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Problem solver who can recognize an issue and develop a course of action to resolve quickly and efficiently, often in a fast-paced environment
  • MS Windows 10, Excel, Word and Outlook fluency
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Must work well in team environment with a positive attitude
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%)

Preferred Experience:

  • Human Resources – responsible for benefit plan execution
  • Experience with technology platforms used to manage benefits, Human Resources or health care
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Basic knowledge of COBRA and FMLA
