Notonsite seeks an aggressive Inside Sales Representative with documented success to join our fast-growing, collaborative team. We specialize in full-service IT for small to medium businesses including Managed IT Services, IT Consulting and Cloud Services. We have an owner led sales model, and this critical role will call prospects to schedule meetings. The work will be accomplished by generating new leads through strategically cold calling C-level Executives, consultatively presenting our solutions, and recording all activity in our CRM system. The right Inside Sales Representative will have a minimum of 3 years business to business cold calling experience, excellent research skills and strong technological acumen. Duties and Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative Include:

  • Target new accounts
  • Make 100+ calls per day
  • Have 10+ Conversations with Qualified Prospects per day
  • Set 3-5 Qualified Appointments per week
  • Capable of conducting calls without script
  • Able to work with a team and independently
  • Instill confidence with customers through clear and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices
  • Provide value to our clients
  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Other duties as needed for success

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative Include:

  • Experience in the IT Services is preferred but not required
  • Consulting industry, recurring revenue type sale a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Comfortable being on phone most of the day
  • Desire for professional and personal learning
  • Highly organized
