Entry Inside Sales Rep – List Scrubber

Notonsite seeks an energetic and motivated Entry Level Inside Sales Rep – List Scrubber who is ready to start their sales career with a small business who specializes in full-service IT for small to medium business including Managed IT Services, IT Consulting and Clouse Services.

This person will be responsible for generating new qualified leads for our sales team by making cold calls into target companies and talking to decision makers and contacts for the purpose of qualifying or disqualifying them as potential prospects for Notonsite. This position is 100% phone work with some online research required. The right person for this job must be extremely comfortable and enjoy being on the phone. Must be detail oriented as you will be expected to update the database with all relevant information including

Contact information, emails, company information, etc. May work closely with the sales team to call for specific campaigns or special events as needed. Database management and cleanup is very important so much be proficient with PC and CRM software.

Duties and Responsibilities Includes: Note: this will grow over time with individual's growth and skill level.
  • Call and qualify companies in our database by asking a set list of questions and determining if they are a fit or not. 
  • Proofreading and checking all relevant company info including phone, website, address, contact info and more ensuring the database is 100% accurate.
  • Research online as needed to verify company information. 
  • Must be proficient in Notonsite CRM system and ensure records are updated accurately and timely.
  • Add detailed notes into CRM for all calls in order to provide quality information to sales team. 
  • Work closely with sales to schedule calls for various inside sales campaigns. 
  • Success will be measured by qty of calls, ability to properly determine if they are qualified or un-qualified prospects and the number of appointments generated from qualified leads.
  • Will be responsible for providing a specific number of qualified companies each day 
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and phone skills. (English speaking only)
  • Amazing organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Advanced skills or aptitude to quickly pick up on software programs such as Excel, ACT, Word, Outlook, Publisher. Must be able to work in database files, spreadsheets and mail merge functions of word to manipulate information to maintain data base and information efficiently. 
  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to take responsibility, no excuses!!
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to make calls and get the right people on the phone to gather information needed
