Caring Communities seeks a highly self-motivated and aggressive New Business Sales Representative to join our growing entrepreneurial team.  Are you a true hunter, excel at prospecting and leading face-to-face meetings necessary for closing deals?  Then this position might be right for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect leads through telephone, e-mail, social networks and tradeshow/conferences
  • Prepare, schedule and present proposals to perspective clients
  • Coordinate prospects and stakeholders to close the deal
  • Manage calendar to set appointments and exceed goals for generating new clients
  • Orchestrate external prospect resources with our internal team to provide a superior product
  • Utilize CRM technology

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience selling commercial insurance or 5+ years' experience selling products/services to senior living organizations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent prospecting and problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate a solution for prospects 
  • Proven Sales Skills (i.e. prospecting, identifying prospects needs, presenting, handling objections and closing)
  • Can do, positive attitude
